The Custom Solution for Water Treatment by Ecosistemi
The solution developed by Ecosistemi is an industrial water treatment plant contained in a 40-foot container, insulated and air-conditioned. This configuration offers the customer a complete and practical system, easy to use and manage.
The plant includes a chemical-physical water treatment unit, our ECO CF product, designed for the removal of colloidal and sedimentable pollutants. The ECO CF water purifier is part of a series of high-efficiency monobloc chemical-physical plants, designed and built for the treatment of waste water.
Furthermore, the system includes a series of polypropylene bag filters and a reverse osmosis demineralization machine. The latter is composed of 16 8-inch membranes, ideal for boron removal. The product used is our machine Reverse Osmosis RO ECO. The machines of the RO ECO series are designed, sized and built with strict quality control procedures and with particular attention to limiting energy and water consumption.
Remote Control and Proprietary Software
The control of the system is guaranteed by a 20-inch PLC panel with proprietary software developed by Ecosistemi, which can also be used remotely. This solution offers the customer efficient and flexible management of the plant, allowing precise and timely control of operations.
