The ECO DIS purifiers (sand separators and oil separators) are part of a series of monobloc systems designed and built for the treatment of rainwater in compliance with the UNI EN 858 standards (coalescing separators) and with Legislative Decree 152/06. < / p>

They are able to continuously treat rainwater from aprons intended for the parking and transit of motor vehicles and second rain rainwater from aprons with the risk of leaching out of dangerous substances (Puglia Region Regulation No. 26/2013).

ECO DIS systems are composed of one or more SCC self-compacting reinforced concrete monoblocks, manufactured with CLS Class C / 45, exposure class XC4, with B450C reinforcement with improved adhesion, average wall thickness equal to 12 cm. / p>

The prefabricated structures and each single component are designed, calculated, produced and installed in compliance with current regulations: D.M. 17/01/2018.

* The intensity of rainfall mainly depends on the analysis of local rainfall data, and must be adopted in accordance with local regulations.

Standard equipment

• N ° 1 Monobloc in self-compacting concrete SSC;
• N ° 1 outlet deflector in 2 mm thick AISI 304 steel;
• Lamellar packs in the sedimentation section;
• Coalescing filters in the oil removal section;
• Oil-absorbing pillow;
• IN / OUT in PVC.

Optional

• Tank cover slab (suitable for vehicles / pedestrians);
• Manhole covers in cast iron dim. 50x50 internal (B125 / C250 / D400);
• First rain accumulation and recovery tank;
• Clarifier Plus Filter (FCP), Carbon Filter (FCA) & nbsp; (for first rain water treatment with risk of leaching hazardous substances).
