Automatic duplex filters with pyrolusite (manganese dioxide) to be used in the reduction of iron and manganese. They operate with two cylinders in parallel or series service and washing in sequence to each other. During washing, the filtration service can be ensured from a single cylinder, therefore with reduced production, if the hydraulic flow rate is adequate. Composed of:

• N ° 2 cylindrical TANKS entirely made of fiberglass soaked in epoxy resin with an internal shell in hot blown PE, vertical execution with rounded bottoms and sturdy support base in GRP. Operating pressure: max 10 bar, operating temperature: 1-50 ° C, certifications: DM 174/2004, directive 97/23 / CE (PED); WRC; ZEFU / TUV; UDT;
• N ° 2 lower internal distribution SYSTEM in 0.5 mm micro-cracked PP;
• N ° 2 pneumatic VALVES in Noryl and glass fiber for the management of filtration and washing operations;
• N ° 1 PIPING for connection and interconnection between the columns, partial and total by-pass consisting of pipe and valves in PVC-U PN 16 (on request and with possible surcharge in PE or AISI 304/316); 
• FILTER BED composed of pyrolusite compliant with the UNI EN 12904: 2005 standard;
• N ° 1 management and control PANEL equipped with n ° 4 AISI 304 pressure gauges in glycerine bath;
• N ° 1 electronic differential PRESSURE SWITCH (optional);
• N ° 1 electronic CONTROL UNIT equipped with EPROM with digital display and visualization of operating status, cycle regulation, buffer battery; Power supply 230V 50 Hz for the management and control of automatic regenerative cycles with start in "Manual" mode, "Pressure Differential" mode, "Time" mode, mixed "Time" mode and in emergency mode from "Pressure Differential".
• N ° 1 SKID AISI 304 equipped with fixing collars, which allows an optimal assembly and a comfortable movement of the filter.
