ECO SEDI CLO are monolithic pre-set up sedimentation and disinfection tanks made of Self-compacting reinforced concrete SCC and are designed and built with the aim of allowing separation by sedimentation of the solid phase of the effluent (sludge) from the clarified (purified) liquid.

They consist of an AISI 304 stainless steel return channel complete with toothed plate and deflector to prevent the escape of floating materials, foams and any flotation sludge. An AISI 304 skimmer thanks to which the floating mud and foams are sucked and delivered to other treatment sections (to be provided separately). An air-lift pump for recirculation of the bottom sludge to be delivered to other treatment sections (oxidation, denitrification, sludge stabilization, etc.)

A chlorine solution dosing station consisting of a 100 liter PE vat with magnetic minimum level probe and a 1 liter hour @ 5bar electronic dispenser. The ECO SEDI CLO are used for the implementation, renovation and enhancement of existing purification plants or for the preparation of our ECO BIOX MBBR when the flow rates to be treated are greater than 150 equivalent inhabitants.

The technical performance data listed below should be considered as a mere reference. Ecosistemi Srl is structured to design and build systems that meet the particular needs of the applicant.

N.B: Excluding the control panel for electromechanical equipment, sizing on request. Air-lift systems power blower excluded.
