Reverse osmosis - RO 421

RO 421 reverse osmosis are suitable for use in the community, industrial, agricultural, technological fields and wherever water with low salinity is desired

(for food uses, the installation of devices capable of removing any microbiological pollutants is strongly recommended).

reverse osmosis

The RO 421 are designed, sized and built with procedures in strict quality regime and with particular attention to the containment of energy and water consumption, they are extremely simple, compact and functional.

They must be hydraulically supplied by the customer with pressures from min. 5 bar up to max 9 bar @ 15 ° C. N.B. Permeate production varies according to distinct parameters, such as pressure (the higher it is, the more pure water it will produce), temperature, water salinity and the state of the individual elements.

The useful life of its components is conditioned by the hours of use and the quality of the water. Ordinary maintenance: pre-filters to be replaced every 10,000 liters of permeate or every 3 months. Maximum nominal flow rate: from 2,880 to approximately 11,300 liters / day.

Membrane reverse osmosis

reverse osmosis

It is a membrane process, which allows almost all of the substances present in it to be removed from the water. The water in the feed is pressurized by a pump which exerts a pressure higher than the osmotic one, obtaining two flows: the permeate, poor in salts and the concentrate with a high salt concentration, due to the accumulation of all the salts which do not have crossed the membrane.
