Waste water purifier - ECO BIO CAR WASH

Biological Monobloc Purifiers

The ECO BIO CAR WASH automatic purifiers are designed and built for the biological treatment of wastewater deriving from the washing of vehicles in compliance with Legislative Decree 152/06 and subsequent amendments and additions.

They are biological plants made with certified monolithic tanks in SCC Self-Compacting Reinforced Concrete and adopt a biological type purification process with an adherent mass with prolonged aeration, suitable for the treatment of wastewater polluted mainly by compounds organic, nitrogen and detergents (surfactants and phosphates).

The ECO BIO CAR WASH are composed of a sandblasting and oil removal section, with a coalescing filter and a biological oxidation reactor saturated with filling bodies subjected to intense continuous aeration in counter-current by means of an air diffuser powered by a side channel blower.

Inside this reactor, bacterial populations called PAO (Phosporus Accumulating Organism) develop which assimilate phosphorus in quantities far greater than those necessary for their own metabolism and, using oxygen, degrade the organic substance and oxidize ammonia nitrogen to nitrates and nitrites. This last biological section makes it possible to achieve high levels of removal of organic nitrogen and phosphorus compounds.

Subsequently, the treated wastewater is conveyed by gravity to the clarification section, where the dosage of disinfectant and biostabilizing chemicals takes place inside and pressurized in the refining section consisting of a sand and carbon filter column;

Refinement is present only in the T3 AS (discharge into surface water) and T4 SS (discharge onto the ground) models.

The management of this system is automatic with modest interventions to be carried out by the operators in charge of running it, it is characterized by flexibility and elasticity of use, longevity and for the use of advanced and consolidated technologies together to a generous dimensioning able to satisfy particularly heavy purification needs and qualitatively and quantitatively variable in the various periods.

N.B .: Excluding blowing piping.
